LITTLE ROCK - Attorney General Leslie Rutledge filed her March campaign contribution and expenditure report today. Rutledge reported $895,144 total raised and a war chest of $739,881 cash on hand in her bid to be the next Lieutenant Governor of Arkansas. “I am humbled by the support and appreciate Arkansans supporting my winning efforts to stop the Liberal Left’s radical agenda,” said Rutledge. “Arkansans know my winning record against Biden’s illegal, nonsensical acts and Arkansans know I will never back down to the radical Left.”
Attorney General Rutledge entered the Lt. Governor’s race on November 10, 2021, after endorsing Sarah Huckabee Sanders for Governor. Rutledge is leading all candidates for Lt. Governor in fundraising, raising over $1.9 million during the 2022 election cycle - more than all of her primary opponents combined - and the only candidate with the resources necessary to defeat Democratic opposition in November. Polling data shows Rutledge as the clear front-runner while the other candidates are almost entirely unknown by the electorate. Arkansas’s Primary Election will be held on May 24, 2022.
