LT. GOVERNOR LESLIE RUTLEDGE ANNOUNCES MAJOR ENDORSEMENTS IN RE-ELECTION CAMPAIGN

LITTLE ROCK - Lt. Governor Leslie Rutledge today announced a strong wave of endorsements in her re-election campaign, including support from Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders, U.S. Senators John Boozman and Tom Cotton, U.S. Representatives French Hill, Steve Womack, Bruce Westerman, and Rick Crawford, as well as state legislative leaders Senate President Pro Tempore Bart Hester and House Speaker Brian Evans.

"I am honored and deeply grateful to have the support of so many strong conservative leaders from across Arkansas," said Lt. Governor Leslie Rutledge. "Working alongside Governor Sanders and our legislative and congressional delegations, we’ve delivered real results for Arkansas families — from protecting our freedoms to growing our economy. I’m excited to continue this work and fight every day for the people of our great state."

Governor Sanders praised Rutledge’s record and her leadership:

"Leslie has been a strong ally in advancing my bold, conservative agenda for Arkansas," said Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders. "She leads with strength, stands up for our values, and delivers real results for the people of our state. I’m proud to endorse her re-election and look forward to continuing our work together to keep Arkansas the best place in America to live, work, and raise a family."

Senator Tom Cotton echoed that sentiment:

“I proudly endorse Lieutenant Governor Leslie Rutledge for reelection. Leslie has been a fearless fighter for Arkansas values. She has never backed down from a fight to protect our constitutional rights, defend the unborn, and push back against federal overreach, and we need her to keep serving Arkansas.” — Senator Tom Cotton

Senator John Boozman also voiced strong support for Rutledge’s continued leadership:

"Leslie Rutledge is serious, battle-tested, and alongside Governor Sanders, she is making Arkansas stronger every day. Leslie’s record of fighting for farmers, families, and freedoms speaks for itself, and I’m proud to endorse her for another term as Lieutenant Governor." — Senator John Boozman

Congressional leaders continued the praise, saying:

"I am proud to endorse Leslie Rutledge for another term as Lieutenant Governor because she has worked tirelessly and faithfully to strengthen the Arkansas economy, support and protect Arkansas families, and deliver on a bold conservative agenda while fairly presiding over the Senate during the Legislative Session. Leslie and Boyce have chosen to raise their daughter in the Second District, and I am proud to represent them and honored to call her my friend.” — Congressman French Hill

"I am proud to endorse Leslie Rutledge for re-election as Lieutenant Governor. She shows up every day to fight for Arkansans, and Arkansas is stronger because of her service.” — Congressman Bruce Westerman

"Leslie Rutledge is a true conservative who champions personal freedoms and pro-business policies, strengthening Arkansas communities and driving economic growth in our state. I proudly endorse Leslie for Lieutenant Governor because I am confident she will continue to put Arkansans first.” — Congressman Steve Womack

"I am proud to endorse Lieutenant Governor Leslie Rutledge for re-election. Leslie is a proven conservative fighter who understands the values and needs of Arkansas families, farmers, and small businesses. She and her husband, Boyce, operate a row crop and timber farm right here in my district, so she knows firsthand the challenges our rural communities face. I know she will continue working tirelessly to support Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders’ bold, commonsense agenda.” — Congressman Rick Crawford

Support also poured in from state legislative leaders:

"Leslie Rutledge knows how to move conservative priorities forward, and she’s committed to making Arkansas stronger for every family. Working alongside Lieutenant Governor Rutledge, I was proud to help advance Governor Sanders’ bold conservative agenda. I am excited to endorse her re-election as Lieutenant Governor." — President Pro Tempore Bart Hester, Arkansas State Senate

"Leslie Rutledge is a proven leader. As former Attorney General and now Lieutenant Governor, she has consistently championed the values that matter most to Arkansans. I've seen her unwavering commitment to faith, families, and freedoms. I’m proud to support her re-election so she and Governor Sanders can continue to keep Arkansas moving in the right direction." — Speaker Brian S. Evans, Arkansas House of Representatives

Lt. Governor Leslie Rutledge made history as Arkansas’s first female Attorney General and currently serves as the state’s first female Lieutenant Governor. She is running for re-election in 2026.
